Students will learn best-practice skills such as using effective communication, managing resources and stakeholders, implementing and monitoring schedules, and maintaining project documentation. Since much of the IT world revolves around projects, this class provides an excellent foundation for nearly all IT roles from software development to helpdesk support to network and security architects.
